The Role: The Senior Systems Analyst – ERP plays a lead role in the design, integration, and ongoing optimisation of our core ERP platforms. Owning the technical direction for our ERP estate and its integrations, this role translates complex business requirements into robust, scalable solutions while driving a significant program of ERP consolidation, customisation, and capability uplift across the organisation. Working across NetSuite, CIN7, and Futura, the Senior Systems Analyst brings deep ERP expertise and structured problem-solving to ensure our platforms work seamlessly together and continue to evolve in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical design and delivery of ERP enhancements across NetSuite, CIN7, and Futura, including complex customisations, custom fields, scripting, workflows, and integrations with other systems of record. Lead the analysis and design of ERP solutions, translating complex business requirements from merchandising, finance, and operations into effective, scalable ERP configurations and integration architectures. Lead the ERP consolidation program, driving the rationalisation of multiple ERP instances into a unified platform, including data migration strategy, configuration management, and cutover planning. Produce clear, well-structured requirements documentation including functional specifications, integration design, data mapping, and process flows for ERP changes and projects. Lead or oversee testing, QA, and UAT phases for ERP changes, integrations, and major program milestones, ensuring robust validation before go-live. Architect and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and other systems of record, ensuring data flows are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs. Lead stakeholder workshops and engagement across finance, merchandising, and operations, ensuring ERP solutions are grounded in business reality and delivered with alignment. Mentor junior analysts to support capability growth within the team. Keep system documentation current and develop training materials to support knowledge sharing and business continuity. Lead the evaluation and implementation of a new forecasting and allocation tool, owning the requirements definition, vendor integration, and technical delivery from inception through to go-live. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and workplace safety standards when working across systems and technical processes. What We’re Looking For: 7 years’ experience in systems analysis, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead ERP capacity, with a strong track record of delivering complex ERP configurations and integrations in a retail or product business environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications (CBAP, PMP) are desirable. Deep hands-on expertise with NetSuite (required), including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records, and integration frameworks. Exposure to CIN7 or Futura is a strong advantage. Experience with forecasting and allocation tools in a retail context is highly regarded. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. Demonstrated project delivery capability, along with behavioural strengths such as attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, ownership, and strong stakeholder engagement.
